Mall cafes are great places to relax over a coffee and rest those weary limbs. There are many cafe options to choose from in Castle Towers, but I always tend to look for places where seating is not cramped into a small area. Cafe Casba in the Towers most certainly isn't a place that is cramped with tables and chairs that you can't hardly move.
Conveniently located in a level near more popular stores, Casba provides a somewhat calm ambiance away from the hustle bustle of the food court.
During morning hours you are bound to run into several seniors indulging in chatter and having coffee at the cafe. They invariably acknowledge you with a smile and a greeting. The latter is something I would have expected from the serving staff. Here at Casba I feel the staff need to relax so that they can project a more friendlier attitude when customers walk in.
The breakfast menu was not too extensive that we were left at a loss to decide. The food is presented well and enough in terms of portion sizes. Though the breakfast I had was nothing too memorable, It sure helped to fill me up.
Casba should however be commended for their sweet treats and hot beverages. The chai latte I had definitely is something to talk about, and not to mention the Coffee my friend had. Both of excellent quality, and no complaints about quantity either.
Casba is indeed a clean place where one can relax for a while and indulge in a snack or two.
If not for anything else, I wouldn't mind returning to Casba just to try out some of the sweet treats displayed in the front cabinet.
