Delicious Prawn Dumplings
Okay, so you have heard about the sushi trains prominent in Sydney life, yet how about a Yum-Cha train? No more having to enjoy Yum-Cha with a group of people. Go there yourself, and pick up a variety of salads and dumplings on a conveyor belt, with a myriad of sauces to help yourself. Welcome to the Cha Cha 'dumplings' train at Westfield Sydney. Recently opened, this place has good potential.

Newly opened Yum Cha train
You're greeted most courteously, and the decor is a far cry from traditional Yum-Cha restaurants. If you just want a glass of water to drink, you can have this too.
First up the Salmon & Scallops ($3.50) is a mighty fine dish for fish lovers. A perfect starter to a mini lunch feast Yum-Cha style. Love the thick scallop piece, that is so divine and full of flavour. Beautiful, fresh raw salmon pieces are wrapped inside a ball of rice. Even if you're not a rice fan, you might be pleasantly surprised.

The Wagyu Beef Salad
The salad dishes ($7.50) were beautifully presented, and appeared to be mighty fine filling dishes. Between the Chicken and the Wagyu Beef: Waygu Beef for sure. Beautiful sauce combinations, and the salad itself is perfect with many of the sauces you can freely help yourself to. Otherwise this food is great raw.

The Chicken Salad
The staff notify you when a dim sum or dumpling combination makes its way on the train. "Prawn on the train" for instance. Be alert, as your dish may be snapped up in no time at all. The Prawn Dumplings ($3.50) get snapped up real quick. Love the juicy filling, and it's ever so tasty. The ends are quite chewy; otherwise you can feel a little indulgent in a cost effective manner.

So much variety, and the train is never empty.
This place will be busy. Again, it has potential. Best to pay cash. I will return.
