Growing up in Ireland on a diet of potatoes I had an appetite for travel and taste buds that craved something more exotic. My journey to Sydney has in fact brought me on a world wide experience in terms of the food I have discovered, tried and grown to love. Three of my biggest passions are food, travel and health and I live for combining all three as regularly as possible. I love trying new things, have a devilish sweet tooth, but my bread and butter is really trying different health, organic, whole food, gluten free and paleo eateries. I hope my publications inspire you to try new things too, step out of your comfort zone and provide you with a visual image of some of my experiences dining out and about around Sydney.
