Latte Love, I am so glad to have been shot with you.
I was literally 'shot' with caffeine recently on Military Road in the Cremorne/Mosman area. Oh wow, Shot On Military - I am so pleased to have found you. I had an extra 30 minutes up my sleeve - before I was due to meet someone pertaining to my business. Although you're quite small, you stuck out at the right time. Thank you ever so much.
Inside this little leaven of cafe society love
You're a small, quaint and fashionable coffee joint. Not only do you brew up some quality arabica coffee; you also dazzle Sydney Food Lovers in the culinary scene. On this occasion, a Cafe Latte ($3.50) fitted the bill with a dose of chutzpah and enthusiasm.
A rustic meets quirkiness kind of feel
Your staff are wonderful. You could even walk out having made a couple of friends. This is how friendly and welcoming the service is. Being asked "how's your day going so far?" is just so great.
Some latte love came to my table in a flash, and so did a glass of water - without needing to ask for it. Your staff are awesome mind readers too. It was a humid day. Score.
The ambience enthuses this homely feel, and yep, I was home and hosed. Just a latte, reaching for a bit of raw sugar. Plants and wooden chairs (think high school) blended in beautifully, where one eloquently perched thyself onto a squeaky, albeit comfortable chair for a cool 20 minutes. Sure as hell beats a siesta.
More quirks, and right near where I sat.
Merry Christmas messages (ah yes, December) were scattered throughout, expressing gratitude for our immense support throughout the year. My only qualm: the size. A bit too small, yet cosy and welcoming.
A coffee is essential. A pleasant shot of espresso.
I'll be back. I'd love to get 'shot' on caffeine again. Yes please, coffee - you're a great addiction in some respects. Viva La Latte...Amen.
