If you are one like me who loves fast food, but only of the healthy type; then you would be in heaven at Soul Origin eatery in Rouse Hill. This newly opened kiosk has already become popular among visitors and those who work at Rouse Hill Town Centre.
Initially it would be hard choosing what you want from the sumptuous gourmet sandwiches that are piled up neatly in display cabinets. But once you have tasted a few of their wraps and sandwiches, you will settle on your favourites, and then on in it's smooth sailing from there.
As health conscious as I am, I opted to try the tomato, cheese and avocado sandwich ($5.90) of which was ideal as a brunch option. Though the potion looked small after coming out of the toaster, it was more than capable of filling me up for quite a few hours.
The chorizo and egg sandwich ($5.90) which my companion tried was bigger in portion with so much flavour than mine, but both choices were good and arrived pretty quick as it only needed toasting. Yes the sandwiches are already made. You can either go ahead and eat these freshly made sandwiches as they are, or get it toasted so it will be slightly warm for you to enjoy.
Though Soul Origin is a typical fast food joint where people come to pick up food on the go; there are facilities to sit and have your meal then and there. Be mindful though that there aren't many seats right next to the eatery, but the proximity to the food court is an added advantage as you can find plenty of seating just seconds from Soul Origin.
