This is a new Sydney Food Lovers writers incentive. A guaranteed gold award ($5 bonus payment) will be offered to all articles on new food businesses in Sydney - this is ongoing.
A few caveats:
Must be a recently opened food establishment. Any cuisine, and any location.
The relevant food business must be (in terms of its age) anywhere from a day up to six weeks old only. Any food establishments that are greater than six weeks old is not considered 'new' for this wish list incentive.
Article must have a minimum of five original images, one being a dish as it arrives on your table before taking your first bite.
You will need to leave a comment for the editor to indicate that the business is a new establishment.
Not in retrospect in case anyone asks - this would break the bank.
