Teo's on Oxford is a café located in the main street of Ingleburn. Teo's menu includes sandwiches, burgers, pasta, pizza and freshly squeezed juices.
Indoor seating at the café.
The café interior has been given a complete facelift from its bakery and cake shop days. Styling is modern and reminiscent of trendy inner west venue. The main feature wall is decorated with silhouettes of staff members, with their signatures and dates. The quirky café even has its table numbers suspended from the roof.
Salmon starter with grilled mushrooms.
While the salmon starter ($13.50) might look simple, it's an incredibly tasty option for breakfast or brunch. Two pieces of toasted sourdough are plated up with a generous serving of avocado, smoked salmon, sliced tomato and cubes of fetta cheese. I recommend ordering a side of grilled mushroom ($3) for some extra flavour.
If you're looking for something with a little more spice, the fancy Benny ($13.50) has plenty going on. The plate is stacked with pieces of toasted sourdough, rocket, prosciutto, cherry tomato and two poached eggs. A spicy relish is splashed across the plate and soaks right into the bread.
Smoked salmon sandwich.
Teo's also does great sandwiches such as the smoked salmon sandwich ($9.50). Smoked salmon, spanish onion, lettuce and capers are piled between two slices of toasted sourdough lathered with cream cheese.
Teo's on Oxford has ample parking and relatively quick service times. Mid-week is best for lunch, while weekends are busy and finding a table can be more difficult. Teo's is the perfect place for a catch up or coffee date.
