Free Food Samples at Circular Quay
Free Tim Tims in Sydney, of course we want one.
Who doesn't love free food, if not anything for free. As in life nothing is free per se, you just need to be in the right place at the right time. There are a couple of catches to scoring free samples of new food products for sale in Sydney. Firstly, there is a decent queue. In some cases it is worth it, unless you're receiving a decent serving? Secondly, you might be filmed for marketing purposes, and/or for a TV commercial. Read the displayed print carefully before stepping into this space.
A lot of chocolate love in its place, and best of all you dont have to pay for it.
Sydney, you see a lot of free food samples randomly being handed out at train stations, yet for quality food, there are occasional pop-up food events at Circular Quay right outside Customs House.
The biscuit princess
Expect quality food samples, and quite recently, Arnott's was out in full force celebrating the launch of their treat size Tim Tam biscuit packs. An abundance of different Tim Tam packs in different flavours, from Turkish Delight to Dark Mint were given away by people wearing some colourful clown outfits. These treats contain 94 grams worth of chocolate biscuit flavours. Worth the wait? Absolutely.
Strike it lucky with the flavour of your choice
Remember the game of twister? Why not try your hand at the Tim Tam twist, if ever given the opportunity to do so. Can't decide which Tim Tam treat size flavour to take home? Have fun while participating in the Tim Tam Slam - throw a ball and knock the tins over on your chosen Tim Tam flavour. Love the slam dunk? Welcome to the Tim Tam dunk. Same deal. Colourful and vibrant food displays right at Circular Quay. Spin the wheel for your favourite Tim Tam. Although these events do come and go, keep your eyes open if you happen to be in this area (especially on weekends), as other foods get given away, from full cartons of Moove, to bottles of Bundaberg Rum to name.
