Jean Louis Joseph Deli Cafe at Birkenhead Point is something delicious. If you're a fan of healthy, organic food - you'll want to stop by. A reminder of Thomas Dux with high quality local and imported food treats.



In the cafe area, Melissa is rather friendly. Some of the menu items do rotate. Interesting menu items for lunch include baguettes. A different variety of baguettes, as well as a bucket of fried chicken are quite popular food treats here. Organically produced of course.



There are some great grocery items to buy here. Think fresh, farmers market like produce. Imported soft drinks to the likes of Santa Vittoria sparkle. Although the front counter in the cafe area is rather busy, it does not feel overcrowded.



Trying the hand made Pumpkin and Ricotta Muffin ($3.50) was a decision well made. This savoury treat certainly looked sweet. Fresh ingredients, and loved the pumpkin chunks in the middle. Great to enjoy at the colourful, shared communal table. An inspiring way to decorate your home dining area, or even the sun room if your home delights in one. In the outdoor dining area, there is ample space to unwind and help yourself to some complimentary water.



Also enjoyed the Acai-berries and Green Tea cold drink ($4) despite having to obtain my own glass from outside. A great pit stop. Fresh, picnic like treats dominate in style in the deli. If you love ham, artichokes, olives and sun-dried tomatoes to name - you'll be happy. Did I also mention kale chips? Yes, you can find such healthy chips here.



Highly recommended grocers, cafe and deli rolled into one. Up there with the likes of Chez Dee. Move over food halls. Lose yourself here for a moment.
