Josophans Fine Chocolates
Wonderful hospitality on a recent chocolate walking tour
Josophan's Fine Chocolates started their chocolate making magic in the Blue Mountains - in Leura. Their original store is still there, and this is where all of their organic and fair trade chocolate is still made. Luckily for us Sydney siders, their second store is open for business on the corner of King and York Streets - right near The Grace Hotel and the Apple Store.
So inviting. Feel right at home here.
A really inviting, lovely and homely store. Although a smallish store, I love the soldier at the front. Their chocolate is just divine. This is quality chocolate that has been tempered properly. No white streaks here.
In the middle of a special chocolate presentation
Becky runs a great store, and her staff are rather knowledgeable. It was great to listen in on a lovely presentation last week here on my first Twilight Chocolate Walking Tour. Some interesting facts as to how the name of the business came about were also observed, yet since forgotten. However, the name is derived from the people who started up the company.
Awesome
The java chocolate is so creamy. One little piece and you're hooked. You would not think you're diving into organic and fair trade chocolate fare. Any chocolate with nuts here is also sensational.
Yum
Love the hand made chocolate treats at the front counter for $1.90 each. Lavender in food is not a hit for everyone, yet needless to say I loved it. Love their lavender and honey chocolate.
With a wonderful group
Will be back for more real soon. Thank you.
