The Best Value for Money Coffee and Beer in Sydney!

The best value coffee in Sydney is probably found at Wahlburgers between the hours of 8am and 11am. You can choose from the Opera Quays (near Circular Quay station) or Manly Beach restaurants in Sydney. It is unclear if this offer is from Monday to Friday only or 7 days a week because their website states both at the same time!



The size of the coffee cup is a bit on the small side but still represents excellent value for money. The coffee tastes of high quality and is a far cry from other bargain-priced coffees in places like 7/11. You can choose which type of coffee you want, such as cappuccino, latte, etc.



The promotion only applies to ‘dine-in’ coffees and not takeaway coffees. The offer seems to be aimed at encouraging people to have breakfast at Wahlburgers for which there is an additional cost, but there is no obligation to buy a breakfast in order to get the $1 coffee offer.

Should you arrive later in the day, they currently have what is probably the cheapest pint in Sydney for $5 (Wahlbrewski beer) during the happy hour which runs from 3pm to 6pm, Monday to Friday. Note that the Wahlbrewski Can for $2 listed on the website wasn’t available when the venue was visited and needs to be updated. There are also other food offers during the happy hour which can be seen on the website (assuming it is up to date).



If you don’t feel like burgers or chicken wings then try out the recommended fish and chips at Stanmore Fish and Chips, Thai food at Jumbo Thai or Asian street food at Taste Station Ashfield.
