The Review Wrapup July 2015

It's still cold in Sydney and our reviewers are still devouring doughy delights doused in cheese and decadent sweet treats. The time to work on our summer bodies (or you know, not) will come eventually, but that time is not now.

July has brought impressive new finds to Sydney Food Lovers, with quite a few of this month's restaurants scoring highly with our reviewers.

Why? Extensive wine collection and seating in the kitchen. Oh, and some of the best authentic Cantonese food around. You might also recognise Mr. Wong's head chef, Dan Hong from Masterchef where he has appeared as both a mentor and judge.

Sydney coeliacs rejoice, for we have found you a rare and wondrous place that caters extensively to those with a gluten and/or lactose intolerance. The food here is packed with sustainable, seasonal and local produce, and tastes so good you'd barely realise it was gluten free.

You want some of the best pizza in Sydney? Then go here. Seriously, do it. We've eaten a lot of pizza in our time - we know what we're talking about. This gem in Surry Hills specialises in authentic Italian style pizza - thin and crispy, with minimal, high quality toppings, and the use of fresh, gooey buffalo mozzarella.
