Some quality seafood cooking classes are available to Sydney Food Lovers

In the lead up to the warmer months, yet alone at any time of the year; cooking some quality seafood is an awesome, yet trending experience in Sydney. For starters, you have the cooking school at the Sydney Fish Markets , of which provides exceptional value for money. A top notch cooking experience, with spices thrown into the mix.

Paul at the Sydney Cooking School

Speaking of seafood and spices, Paul from the Sydney Cooking School knows how to live it up when combining the best of both culinary delights on the trendy BBQ. Fish and spices.

Some beautiful, fresh fish.

It is fantastic to be able to cook a variety of different fishes, and to know which sauces, vegetables and flavours elegantly match one another. Learn how to cut the scampi like a lobster, and how to tuck into the prawns the right way on the BBQ at Sydney Cooking School's new BBQ Seafood Sensations cooking course. Usually held between 11am to 2pm in their new alfresco cooking and tasting area; this class does not disappoint either.

Mix it up also

If you're wanting to cook some quality fish, these are the two great sources to start off with. As you know, the Sydney Fish Markets is located in Pyrmont, while the Sydney Cooking School is located at Neutral Bay, on Military Road.

Cooking quality seafood on the BBQ

At the Sydney Cooking School, Paul is one fabulous teacher, and he knows how to handle fish with respect, and gives such delicate seafood/s the flavours they deserve. There is no more need to be fearful of cooking a 1.2 kilo snapper on the BBQ either. That's gold.
