Yellow Brick Cafe Castle Hill
There are cafes cropping up like mushrooms, all due to the ever so popular cafe culture in sydney. Cafes today comes in all sizes and forms. Some can actually be called excellent, while others are just there for the sake of being there. Yellow Brick Cafe, one which is rather new to Castle Hill, is one of those which falls into the
excellent category.
Yellow Brick is a kiosk type cafe that is strategically placed in close proximity to the Freedom Furniture shop in the Castle Hill homemaker centre.
Open and tastefully decorated to go with the yellow brick theme, this cafe has already become a place of choice for many who walk out of their offices for a change of scenery.
The staff here are extra friendly, even ready for a chat despite the work load. The service is prompt and polite.
The coffee served here is nothing less than excellent in taste. The barista's artistic talents give a finishing touch to every coffee mug and cup before it's brought to the table.
The sandwiches we chose were of the rustic gourmet type which were quite delicious and different in taste.
Though yet young, the cafe's display cabinets were filled with goodies only a well established cafe would have. The menu offers quite a selection of light meals and juice options with eye catching names.
You can say that the Yellow Brick Cafe is big on presentation, as every meal and every beverage comes to the table uniquely presented and tastefully garnished.
This cafe, the Yellow Brick Cafe is one that I wish would stay open for quite some time.
